Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Our default shipping method is USPS Ground, which takes between 2-5 business days. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Occasionally other carriers may be used based on your location and order volume. We charge a flat rate shipping per item ordered - you can see that calculation at checkout.

We currently only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. You’ll also receive email notifications with any updates to your shipment. 

Your order will be packed with packing peanuts made from starch. They are biodegradable, decompose in water, leave no toxic waste, and are FDA compliant. They are compostable or can be disposed of in the trash. The cardboard boxes from your shipment, and any paper inserts, are recyclable.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Mannerist products. If anything in your order arrives damaged, send us a picture of the damaged goods to hello@mannerist.com and we'll send you a replacement right away. 

If you are, for any reason, unsatisfied with your purchase you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery at your own expense. We do not cover the cost of returning goods. Please pack your returns carefully so they don't break in transit. 

When sending an item back please enclose a note with your order number (which can be found on your order confirmation), your email address and whether you would like a refund or Mannerist credit. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment.

Please mark the box and any shipping forms as "Returning Goods / Return."
